We realise that a highly skilled and well supported workforce is the most important resource in providing quality childcare. We value our staff team and ensure they receive appropriate training and support to enjoy and achieve within their role. All of our team attend at least three training days each year both in house and off site.
Our staff get uniforms and meals provided; and as well as a competitive salary and pension, we pay an attendance bonus for each full month of attendance and a shift premium for staff who work regular afternoon shifts.
We have four settings and team members are given the opportunity to work at other settings and to apply for other roles within the organisation.
