Workforce Development project aims to support members of the
local community to access training and employment
opportunities, in order to regenerate the local economy and
to enable people to make informed choices about their
futures.

Learning in Schools
Course starts in September 2012 on a Tuesday
morning 9.30 - 11.30.

Greenfields are not
currently offering individual IAG sessions but our advisor
is available to organisations wishing to deliver group
IAG, CV workshops etc. Client's skills and experience,
along with future training and support needs are assessed
with referrals being made to the appropriate agencies.
Training
Our courses NVQ level
two. All courses are aimed at clients wanting to work with
children and young people. NVQ courses are delivered in
partnership with South Nottinghamshire College. We deliver
training both on and off-site and can tailor courses to
suit specific groups. Courses offer free childcare where
required and a range of complimentary training support
services are available.
In
the
future we aim to begin delivering 'Webster Stratton'
parenting courses and PEEP training to help parent's
support their children's learning.
Employment Advice
Greenfields is a lead
partner in the City's 'Next Steps Into Work' project and
provides clients with help in accessing information on
vacancies and courses, training and support.
