Understanding Play for Early Learning

This short course will give you an opportunity to have a go at different play activities. During the course it may help you decide if you would like further training to work with children or young people.

This course will cover.

  • Planning & carrying out activities
  • How play helps children’s learning
  • Adults role in play
  • Resources & Equipment
  • Basic Health & Safety linked to children’s activities.

Childcare is available for under 5s but places are limited

 

Every Wednesday starting 13th May 10.15 – 2.30 for 7 weeks
(lunch break 12.15 – 1.00pm)
Gedling School, (My time building), Wollaton Avenue, Gedling, Notts, NG4 4HX.

Every Thursday starting 14th May 10.00 – 2.30 for 7 weeks
(lunch break 12.15 – 1.00pm)
